Na 18.000 KM en 27 jaar kan het er zonder intensieve reiniging niet zo mooi meer uitzien...

1994 Porsche 968 Turbo RS
Black
Coupé
6 Speed Manual
3.0 litre 8V Turbo
91,525 kms
VIN-No. WPOZZZ96ZSS815299
A$ 64,995
Between 1992 and 1994 development began on a full race version of the Porsche 968. This began with a stripped out 968 turbo S and Porsche Motorsports Research and development team produced the 968 Turbo RS for Porsches customer race teams. Only four units were built making this the rarest of 968’s. In 2012 Gooding and Company auctioned off the only red turbo RS produced and when the hammer finally fell the rare 350 bhp 968 fetched a hefty $346,000.
Inspired by the superb 350 bhp in such a light frame, just 1212 kg, renound Porsche specialist Peter Fitzgerald recreated four 968 Turbo RS in his Melbourne based factory. Obtaining the RS turbo parts from Porsche Racing division in Germany at a cost of $75,000 each and the original purchase price of each donor car at time being $130,000 this was not a cheap exercise. A proven road, track or rally car that is fully road registered allows the Porsche 968 Turbo RS replica to be driven to track days and is perfect for Porsche club sprint or Motorkhana days.
Fitted with half roll cage, sports exhaust, power steering and 18’ alloy wheels this car look as tough as it performs. It has had no expense sparred in the maintaining this 350hp beast, fully road registered in NSW and complied to all NSW standards this superb example is in excellent condition. Recent works carried out at a cost of $5,350 include a replacement timing belts, front oil seals, water pump and thermostat, sway bars and bushes and much more. The asking price of this car is just a fraction of what it would cost to build one and to have one complied is another $17,000 on top. Only four of these super quick light weight 968 Turbo RS replicas were built in Australia. A great way to enter the motorsport arena that wont break the bank.

1984 Porsche 911 SCRS
Chassis ID: WPOZZZ91Z85110018
Engine #: 63E09014
Exterior color: White
Interior color: Black
Built as a Homologation “special” at the request of sponsor Rothmans for an FIA Gruppe “B” Rally Porsche, the SC/RS borrowed freely from the 911 RS/RSR construction concepts of a decade earlier. As a two wheel drive evolution of the discontinued 911 SC model, only twenty cars had to be built in order to satisfy the rules. These were numbered 001 to 0020, with most being pressed into immediate FIA Rally service by factory teams such as Rothmans (six cars) as well as for privateer use. These cars cost 190,000 DM or $72,000 US in 1984.
The substitution of factory lightweight items produced a curb weight of just 2160 lbs, 1,000 pounds lighter than a street SC model. It did with a lightweight body shell, aluminum hood, rear deck, and door panels. Additional weight savings were achieved with thin glass, 935 racing seats, and Kevlar bumpers.
The SC/RS utilized performance parts from other models. The 917 model donated brakes and the earlier RSR/953 provided suspension components, fabricated exhaust headers, clutch, gears, mechanical fuel injection, dry sump, front sway bar, and limited slip differential.
With a 290hp engine, the SC/RS was the fastest “production” Porsche street car ever. The German magazine AutoMotor and Sport recorded a 0-60 time of 4.9 seconds for a street SC/RS.
SCRS chassis 0018 was sold new to Matsuda’s “Porsche Museum of Japan,” and was never raced. It has only 1,600 kilometers from new and is completely original down to Pirelli P-7 tires.

Maar goed; iedere Sjaak zijn smaak natuurlijk!
Zo vind ik het interieur van een Maserati Ghibli Primatist ook gaaf. Lekker met je gouwe Rolex er in zitten.
Top.
