Hi there everybody!

I just have a small question, I need to bring my BoxsterS for service. I live in Hilversum, but the more convenient garages for me are waalgarage and app-porsche.

Price wise the garages are pretty much the same, and it is not so important. Most important for me is to have a garage I can trust, with good technical knowledge and quality work.

Any comment about these two garages will be well appreciated.

From my own (limited) experience I was very happy with Waalgarage. Long term Porsche experience and decent guys. Didn't you consider Robert Visser in Hilversum?

Yes, I would say Robert Visser as well.

Don't know, they're situated 2 kms from where I live, never been there, went to Waalgarage instead. Guess they have a PR-problem.

Eh MS, als je schrijft dat je in Hilversum woont, vind ik het niet onlogisch om dan iets aan te bevelen in Hilversum. Voor afweging tussen genoemde 2 is vermelding Hilversum imho eigenlijk overbodig.....

Ik schrijf niet dat ik in Hilversum woon (en ook niet in de buurt van h'sum)...Lees het hele draadje nog eens rustig door zou ik zeggen, dan zie je dat Robert Visser 2x (waaronder 1x door mij) wordt aanbevolen. Vervolgens geeft hij aan dat het de Waalgarage is geworden, en ik geef aan dat ik daar ook normaal gesproken naar toe ging.

Just wanted to let you know. I finally took my car to Waalgarage. I am satisfied with the service they have provided. I learnt from one of the Waalgarage guys that two more guys from my company take their Porsches' there for maintenance. So Waalgarage has a good name.
