Security System Malfunction

Dear all,
my 996 C4 (05/2000) already twice closed all electric key related features, including the alarm (the front led even stop blinking) and I'm no longer able to open the passanger door even from the inside (no key lock). This happened after leaving the car normaly from one day to the other.
It looks like a security issue. Does anyone had this type of failure before? Any leads that could point to what may be happenig?
